Mr. Ruppert was the designer of these engines. Webra Manufactured the Mk II under license for about one year. The engine was too expensive and the Webra crank shafts weren't manufacture properly. The Ruppert's were far better. Mr Ruppert repaired many of the opposed twins manufactured by Webra in Berlin
