Let me introduce the world’s smallest inline twin, the Rasant 2x0.098 ccm Mk I diesel engine. The crank case was manufactured from bar stock and sand blasted. We manufactured 30 of these engines. The cylinders and spinner were anodized in blue. Our English friends refer to this engine as the “Tappy” coming from Taplin Twin. I hope they are talking about the English one and not the one manufactured in India.
